| The membership application form is available at all our Fiffy Baby Boutiques. Fill in your details and submit to the store. The joining fee is either pay with only RM 5.00. |
| Earn one Fiffy Connection Reward Point for every purchase RM1.00 charged to your retail purchase at Fiffy boutiques (exclude Dryper, Pharmacy item and Candy). |
| To qualify for the first Connection Reward gift items, you need a minimum purchase of RM500.00 for the last 12 months. |
| The points will be accumulated from January to December (whole year). Unclaimed Connection Reward points earned would not be carried forward to the next redemption period. |
